finetune artist: Flyleaf

Like a more intense Paramore, Texas four-piece Flyleaf is a hard-hitting alt-rock band with emo/screamo elements, fronted by petite powerhouse Lacey Mosley, whose voice can swoop from pixie to banshee within a few measures. That the band members are all devout Christians seems to have little influence on the overall tone of the music or lyrics, but provides an entrée for Christian fans who might not otherwise gravitate toward their sound. The band's 2005 EP caused a stir in both the nu-metal and punk scenes, and their follow-up full-length, released shortly after, fulfilled the promise.

I originally heard FLYLEAF in the movie Live Free or Die Hard, and since then I've loved this group and what it is able to do. The lyrics and overall tone of the music that FLYLEAF produces definitly makes it one of my favorite bands.

Meaningful lyrics, head bobbing music, along with Lacey Mosely's pretty voice creates Flyleaf. As many of their biographies state, their lyrics show many bumps and bruises the band has gone through which help them with their life ahead. I believe their wonderful music can move many.
