INFECTIOUS GROOVES
This heavy Los Angeles, USA funk-rock band was founded by the Suicidal Tendencies duo of vocalist Mike Muir (b. 14 March 1964, Venice, California, USA) and hugely talented bass player Robert Trujillo (b. 23 October 1964, Venice, California, USA), with guitarists Adam Siegel (from Excel) and Dean Pleasants and ex-Jane's Addiction drummer Stephen Perkins (b. 13 September 1967, Los Angeles, California, USA). The band was deemed more than a side project for Muir and Trujillo, given equal status with Suicidal Tendencies, and the two bands often toured together, necessitating two exhausting sets per night for the pair.
