A lot of what can only be described as nonsense has been written and spokem about this composer. Richard Wagner was certainly controversial to say the least - his anti-Semitism is evident in many of the cultural themes of his music but this does in no way detract from its beauty and uplifting nature. Wagner is not for "virgins" in the classical genre but once you get into his music you'll find, like myself, that you can't get out - because you don't want to!
