BarlowGirl are one of the biggest Contemporary Christian Music acts of the early 2000s. Sisters Rebecca, Alyssa, and Lauren formed BarlowGirl after playing in their minister father's back-up band. Their catchy pop rock and devotional lyrics about their Christian faith and personal ethics (which include modesty of appearance and a vow of chastity) have proven to be wildly popular with young Christian audiences, propelling the group to dominance on the various CCM music charts since their 2004 debut.
