Stonebridge
b. Sten Hallstrom, 2 July 1961, Stockholm, Sweden. A DJ, producer and remixer who started his career behind the decks in 1983. Hallstrom began remixing and releasing singles with the European hitmaker Denniz Pop in 1986, the same year he set up the remix label, SweMix. He also completed remixes for artists such as De La Soul, Rebel MC and Tityo before making his name with his remix of the multi-million selling "Show Me Love" by Robin S in 1993. This was followed by remixes of Shawn Christopher's "Make My Love', Donna Giles" "And I'm Telling You" and Shaggy's "Boombastic". Hallstrom also wrote and produced Tatyana Ali's "Boy You Knock Me Out", as well as several tracks on Another Level's Nexus. His remixes have included work for Robbie Williams, 2Pac, the Notorious B.I.G., Texas, Lenny Kravitz, Melanie C., and Enrique Iglesias.
