US stoner rock band formed by Eddie Glass (guitar) and Ruben Romano (drums) following their departure from Fu Manchu in 1997. Mark Abshire (bass) joined the duo for the recording of the Let It Burn EP and their debut album, To The Center, which was released on the Sub Pop Records label in 1999. The Nebula sound deviated little from the stoner rock blueprint established by bands such as Fu Manchu and Kyuss in the early 90s, heavy guitar riffs over a quasi-psychedelic beat. The follow-up, Charged, reined in the lengthy jams and featured greater studio experimentation.
