Enemy
Tom Clarke (vocals/guitar), Liam Watts (drums) and Andy Hopkins (bass/vocals) formed this heavily hyped UK indie rock band in 2005. Clarke and Watts had played together since 2002 in Bridges, with bass player Steve Golder, before recruiting Hopkins and executing a swift name change. The trio gained a grassroots following around their native Coventry that had some excitable local critics comparing them to Definitely Maybe-era Oasis. The band signed a contract with the revived Stiff Records label and embarked on a series of supporting tours to established bands such as Ash, Kasabian and Manic Street Preachers. Following the release of the limited edition vinyl single, "40 Days And 40 Nights", in June 2006, the trio set out on a headlining tour of the UK that helped elevate the level of hype now surrounding them. A succession of increasingly successful singles climaxed with "Had Enough" reaching the UK Top 5 in June 2007. The trio's debut album, We'll Live And Die In These Towns, released the following month, was an enjoyable if somewhat limited collection of swaggering indie rock, although the acoustic title track offered a glimpse of future developments. The album debuted at number 1 in the UK album charts. (NB: Not to be confused with the late 70s New Zealand punk band and US alternative metal act of the same name.)

I have the album "We'll Live and Die in These Towns" and this isn't it. Looks like FineTune did confuse them with another band with the same name.
